Tell us about the role you want to fill. Our team works closely with you to understand and define your hiring needs. Our dedicated recruitment team then begins headhunting talent for your review.
Our recruitment team will shortlist candidates after multiple rounds of interviews. CVs of these vetted candidates coupled with interview notes, expected compensation and portfolios (if applicable) are shared with you.
We schedule final interviews with the candidates and you choose your favourite. Our teams then extend offer letters and look after salary negotiations.
Our HR teams work closely with you and provide day to day operational support to your team overseas.
