Yes, we help companies hire long-term, remote employees for both full-time and part-time positions. Please note that we do not offer solutions for short-term projects or freelance-based employment.
No, we do not charge recruitment or start-up fees. Our service is transparent and cost-effective – you only pay once the employee has been successfully onboarded.
No, there is no long-term commitment required. During the trial period, you can terminate the cooperation with an employee with just one day’s notice. After the trial period, 30 days’ notice applies, as is known from regular employment contracts.
We use a thorough and selective selection process, which greatly minimizes the risk of a wrong match. Should it nevertheless happen that the employee does not fit the role, we will help you with a smooth offboarding and quickly find a qualified replacement.
