Yes, we assist companies in hiring long-term remote employees for both full-time and part-time roles. Please note that we do not offer services for short-term projects or freelance-based hiring.
No, we do not charge any recruitment or upfront fees. Our service is designed to be transparent and cost-effective—you only pay once the employee is successfully onboarded.
There is no long-term commitment required. During the probation period, you can offboard an employee with just one day’s notice. After the probation period, a 30-day notice applies, similar to standard employee contracts.
We follow a thorough and selective candidate shortlisting process, which significantly reduces the risk of hiring the wrong fit. However, if the employee is not a match, we will work with you to offboard the current employee and quickly provide a qualified replacement.
We charge a fixed monthly service fee in addition to the employee’s monthly salary. You maintain full control and visibility over the employee’s compensation. There are no hidden charges—just clear, transparent pricing.
Through our service fee we cover recruitment, EOR, payroll management, salary distribution, health insurance, provident fund management, taxes, compliance and ongoing HR support for your future team.
