Yes, we assist companies in hiring long-term remote employees for both full-time and part-time roles. Please note that we do not offer services for short-term projects or freelance-based hiring.
There is no long-term commitment required. During the probation period, you can offboard an employee with just one day’s notice. After the probation period, a 30-day notice applies, similar to standard employee contracts.
We follow a thorough and selective candidate shortlisting process, which significantly reduces the risk of hiring the wrong fit. However, if the employee is not a match, we will work with you to offboard the current employee and quickly provide a qualified replacement.
